About the event

The Development Lab is a strategically designed training for administrative professionals. This training targets 3 main focus areas of the administrative role: Mindset, Leadership, and Growth.

This is a 6 course series designed to prepare the administartive professional to enter the next quarter in a different mindset, acknowledging their role as a leader and their ability to contribute to their success and that of their executive’s as well.

The Development Lab starts with 2 courses:  “Not Just an Admin” and “The Admin…The Leader” designed to change the mindset in which the administrative role is approached.

Participants will then  complete 2 courses: “Developing the Leader in You” and “Executive Presence” designed to help

identify and build the leader with

The  final two courses: “Executive Speak” and “Networking…Building Relationships”

designed to encourage growth.
