About Our Founder & CEO
Danielle Key is the Founder and CEO Of Cubicle Connections, LLC, a solutions-based consulting service that provides training, tools, and strategies for existing and aspiring leaders and Administrative/Executive Assistants. Danielle has enjoyed nearly 20 years of successfully training senior executives, physician leaders, physicians, admin professionals, staff, and community-based volunteers in various organizational development, day-to-day operations, teamwork and collaboration-related activities. While raising four children with her husband of over 20 years, Danielle has balanced work, family, and community involvement while obtaining her Bachelors degree in Business with a specialization in Management and launching Cubicle Connections, LLC.
In addition to being a wife, mom, and entrepreneur, Danielle founded and led an Admin Peer Group for one of the largest organizations in the state of California. Additional accomplishments include advancing through her career from a Department Secretary to an Executive Assistant and currently serves as our Lead Consultant, providing ongoing training and consulting services to teams, businesses, and administrative professionals.
