Danielle Key is the Founder and CEO of Cubicle Connections, LLC, a solutions-based consulting firm dedicated to strengthening administrative leadership, executive partnerships, and organizational effectiveness.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Danielle has successfully trained and supported senior executives, physician leaders, physicians, administrative professionals, and cross-functional teams. Her work has focused on organizational development, operational strategy, and building high-performing partnerships between leaders and the professionals who support them.

Danielle’s expertise is rooted in real-world experience. Over the course of her corporate career, she advanced from an administrative role to serving alongside executive leadership—giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on both leadership and support functions within complex organizations. She is known for her ability to identify gaps, implement practical solutions, and develop systems that improve communication, efficiency, and team performance.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Danielle founded and led an Administrative Peer Group within one of California’s largest organizations, creating a platform for professional growth, collaboration, and leadership development among administrative professionals.

While building her career, Danielle also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Management—all while raising four children and maintaining an active role in her family and community. This balance has shaped her holistic approach to leadership development, emphasizing not only professional excellence but personal growth and sustainability.

In 2025, Danielle transitioned from her corporate career to fully dedicate her time to Cubicle Connections, LLC. Today, she partners with organizations, teams, and emerging leaders to provide impactful training experiences that build confidence, strengthen leadership capacity, and drive long-term success.
