Bloom Where You're Planted

Bloom Where You Are Planted is a signature workshop within our ReDiscover U Parent Engagement Program—a multi-part series created to support professionals as they navigate the rewarding and ever-changing journey of parenthood while balancing the demands of work and life.

Parenting is filled with seasons, each bringing its own joys, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Yet, it's easy to find ourselves saying, "I can't wait until..."—until they're sleeping through the night, until they're older, until life feels a little less hectic. In our anticipation of what's next, we can unintentionally overlook the beauty, purpose, and meaningful moments unfolding in the season we're living today.

This workshop creates a welcoming and supportive space where parents and caregivers can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the present. Through guided discussion, personal reflection, and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to embrace their current stage of parenting with fresh perspective, gratitude, and renewed purpose.
