ReDiscover U
At Cubicle Connections, we believe that building exceptional professionals begins with investing in exceptional people. Professional growth and personal well-being are deeply connected, which is why our approach to development extends beyond the workplace. We are committed to helping organizations support the whole person—because when individuals thrive in life, they are better equipped to thrive at work.
ReDiscover U is our signature Parent Engagement Program, thoughtfully created to provide a welcoming and supportive space for professionals who are also parents and caregivers to reconnect with themselves beyond the many roles they fulfill each day.
Our CEO and Founder, Danielle Key, understands this journey firsthand. As a wife, mother of four adult children, entrepreneur, and leader, she knows how easy it is to become so focused on caring for others that we unintentionally place ourselves at the bottom of the priority list. We spend our days making sure everyone else is supported, encouraged, and cared for—but how often do we extend that same care to ourselves?
When was the last time you did something simply because it brought you joy? Can you remember the hobbies, passions, or simple pleasures that made you smile—not as a parent, grandparent, caregiver, spouse, or professional—but simply as you?
If those answers don't come easily, you're not alone.
ReDiscover U was created to help parents and caregivers pause, reflect, and reconnect with the person they are beyond their responsibilities. Through meaningful conversations, practical tools, and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to rediscover the interests, passions, and practices that bring balance, fulfillment, and joy back into their everyday lives. Along the way, they develop practical strategies to reduce parental and caregiver burnout while creating healthier, more sustainable rhythms for both home and work.
This transformational program consists of engaging workshops, each designed to inspire growth, encourage reflection, and provide practical tools that participants can immediately apply in their daily lives. Workshops may be delivered individually or as a customized series to meet your organization's needs. However, participants experience the greatest impact by completing the full ReDiscover U Program workshop series, culminating in a special celebration dinner that honors their personal growth, renewed perspective, and commitment to investing in themselves.
Because when parents and caregivers rediscover themselves, they don't simply become better professionals—they become healthier leaders, more present caregivers, stronger teammates, and more fulfilled individuals.

ReDiscovering "YOU" in Parenting
Before you became a parent or caregiver, you were an individual with dreams, passions, interests, and aspirations that were uniquely your own. As life became busier and your responsibilities grew, it's natural for those parts of yourself to take a back seat while you focus on caring for everyone else.
But becoming a great parent or caregiver doesn't mean losing sight of who you are.
Our ReDiscovering "You" in Parenting workshop invites participants to reconnect with the person behind the many roles they fulfill each day. Through meaningful conversations, personal reflection, and practical strategies, participants explore how to nurture their own passions, pursue personal growth, and create a healthier balance between caring for others and caring for themselves.
Together, we'll discover that investing in yourself isn't selfish—it's essential. Because when you make time to grow as an individual, you become more present, energized, and fulfilled in every role you hold.
Join us as we explore practical ways to rediscover your passions, reignite your purpose, and embrace the journey of becoming the best version of yourself—both as an individual and as a parent or caregiver.

The Tale of Two Cities
Every parent and caregiver carries two stories.
One is the story of where they are today—with all of life's responsibilities, challenges, victories, and imperfections. The other is the story of where they believe they should be—a picture often shaped by social media, family traditions, cultural expectations, and long-standing beliefs about what "good" parenting is supposed to look like.
When the gap between those two stories becomes too wide, it can leave us feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or as though we're constantly falling short.
Our A Tale of Two Cities workshop invites participants to step back with compassion and honesty as they explore the difference between their current reality and the future they hope to create. Together, we'll challenge unrealistic expectations, uncover common myths surrounding "perfect" parenting, and replace them with healthy, practical perspectives that support both personal growth and family well-being.
Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, participants will identify where they are today, clarify where they want to be, and develop realistic, actionable steps to move forward with confidence and intention.
Because the goal isn't to become the "perfect" parent—it's to become the parent your family needs while remaining true to yourself.
Join us as we bridge the gap between today's reality and tomorrow's possibilities, one intentional step at a time.

The Juggling Act at Home
As parents and caregivers, we're often told that the secret to managing it all is finding balance. But sometimes the challenge isn't a lack of balance—it's that the systems we're relying on no longer support the life we're living.

Between work, school events, extracurricular activities, appointments, household responsibilities, family commitments, and everything in between, it's easy to feel like you're constantly juggling more than you can comfortably carry.

Our The Juggling Act at Home workshop helps participants move beyond simply trying to "keep up" by creating practical systems that make everyday life more manageable.
Through thoughtful discussion and hands-on strategies, participants learn how to prioritize what matters most, organize competing responsibilities, and develop repeatable routines that reduce stress and create greater peace at home.

Together, we'll explore practical approaches to scheduling, planning ahead, and building sustainable systems that help your family operate with greater intention—not perfection.
Because when your home runs with greater organization and purpose, you gain more than just time—you gain the freedom to be more present with the people who matter most.
Join us as we discover how small changes in the way we plan today can create more balance, less stress, and greater confidence for tomorrow.

The Juggling Act at Work
Do you find yourself being the person everyone depends on?

Are you the one colleagues turn to for answers, support, and solutions—only to discover that while you're helping everyone else stay on track, your own work continues to pile up?

If so, you're not alone.

Our The Juggling Act at Work workshop is designed for professionals who want to move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling organized, confident, and in control. While the workplace presents its own unique demands, the reality is that work and home don't exist in separate worlds. The responsibilities of one often influence the other, making it essential to develop systems that support both.

Through practical strategies and thoughtful discussion, participants learn how to organize their workload, establish priorities, create sustainable systems, and set healthy boundaries that protect both their productivity and their well-being. Together, we'll explore how intentional planning, effective time management, and realistic expectations can reduce overwhelm and create greater harmony between work and home.

Because true organization isn't about doing more—it's about creating systems that allow you to focus on what matters most.

Join us as we discover practical ways to organize your work life, strengthen your daily routines, and create systems that support success in both your career and your life.

Bloom Where You Are Planted
Every season of parenting brings its own joys, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Yet, it's easy to find ourselves looking ahead to the next stage, believing it will somehow be easier or more fulfilling than the one we're living today.

Our Bloom Where You Are Planted workshop invites parents and caregivers to embrace the present with a renewed sense of gratitude and purpose.
Through meaningful reflection and practical strategies, participants learn how to shift their perspective, find joy in today's moments, and appreciate the unique gifts each season of parenting has to offer.

Join us as we discover that life's greatest moments aren't always waiting in the next chapter—they're often found right where we are planted.

Scheduling "YOU" Time
As parents and caregivers, our calendars quickly become filled with everyone else's priorities. From work meetings and school events to appointments, activities, and household responsibilities, we become experts at scheduling time for everyone—except ourselves.
Over time, it's easy to believe there's simply no room left for "you."

Our Scheduling You Time workshop was created to challenge that belief. Through an engaging and interactive experience, participants discover that making time for themselves doesn't require hours of free time or a perfectly organized schedule. Instead, they learn that even small, intentional moments of self-care can have a meaningful impact on their overall well-being.

The most powerful part? Participants don't just learn about scheduling time for themselves—they actually do it. By participating in a fun and restorative activity during the workshop, they experience firsthand that creating space for personal renewal is not only possible, but practical.

Together, we'll explore simple strategies for intentionally scheduling "you" time, creating routines that support personal well-being, and making self-care a sustainable part of everyday life.

Because you deserve a place on your own calendar.
Join us as we discover that caring for yourself doesn't have to wait for the perfect moment—it can begin with the time you choose to make today.
